Company Relations

  • Company relations managers primarily focus on providing individualized support and personalized guidance to students throughout their search for an apprenticeship. We are committed to ensuring our students' success by offering a range of tailored services throughout their entire apprenticeship search process.
  • From the moment they enroll, we provide our learners with comprehensive assistance to improve their CV, cover letter, and even their LinkedIn profile.
  • We also offer personalized coaching to help them best prepare for their future job interviews and master job search techniques. A detailed guide on the apprenticeship process, as well as a complete toolkit to facilitate access to job offers, will be provided. We will regularly share apprenticeship opportunities and actively monitor the latest market trends.
  • Throughout the duration of your apprenticeship contract, we will closely monitor its smooth progress, acting as mediators in case of conflicts while fostering the maintenance and development of a harmonious relationship among the company, the school, and the apprentice. Our goal is to guarantee a favorable working environment and promote an enriching learning experience, with the aim of ensuring the professional and personal success of each of our students.

Why Hire an Alternis Business School Apprentice?

Hiring an apprentice is a win-win for companies. It allows for easy and confident integration for both the apprentice and the employer. Plus, employers benefit from various financial aids and exemptions that reduce recruitment costs. This year, thanks to a government initiative supporting youth employment, companies can receive €6,000 in aid per contract year for each apprentice hired before June 30th..

For more information:

Our Alternis students have all achieved a Bac+2 or Bac+3 (equivalent to two or three years of post-secondary education) and were admitted through a selective recruitment process by a jury of experts in their respective fields.

Throughout their programs, they will receive an excellent education thanks to the advanced curricula developed by exceptional program directors and teaching teams. They will directly and fully apply their skills within your organization, thanks to our business-oriented apprenticeship schedule.

While our programs typically start in September, you have the opportunity to recruit our students three months before their training officially begins.

Apprenticeship Schedule and Contract Duration

Our apprenticeship schedules are designed to allow students to be deeply involved with their host companies:

Bachelor's Programs: 1 week of classes / 2 weeks in the company.

MBA 1 Programs: 1 week of classes / 2 weeks in the company.

MBA 2 Programs: 1 week of classes / 2 weeks in the company.

The programs at Alternis award RNCP Level 6 and 7 certifications. Bachelor students' contracts are for one year, as are those for students directly entering MBA2 through parallel admission. However, students completing the full MBA 1 and MBA 2 cycle will have contracts lasting two years.

Apprenticeship contracts must align with these durations. This ensures a lasting and trusting relationship with your apprentice, which could lead to a permanent hire after their apprenticeship concludes.

Costs & Funding: How Much Does an Alternis Business School Apprentice Cost?

When considering the cost of an Alternis apprentice, two main factors come into play: your apprentice's salary and any potential remaining cost related to the training fee. Your apprentice's salary depends on their age and their contract year.

Apprentice Salary

For the 21-25 age bracket (which covers most Alternis apprentices), the typical salary is:
  • 53% of the SMIC (minimum wage) in the first year
  • 61% of the SMIC in the second year
  • 78% of the SMIC in the third year

Coverage of Tuition Fees

Your OPCO (Opérateur de compétences - Skills Operator) will cover a portion of the training costs. Simply provide them with the diploma code for the relevant qualification to find out the exact amount of coverage and any remaining balance you might need to pay.

Don't Know Your OPCO?

You can find out the coverage amounts without contacting your OPCO directly. Simply visit the France Compétences website and enter the relevant diploma code
