Program Director

Former HR Director of the ARC International Group and HR Director Asia-Pacific of the Lafarge Group, J-M. AULOTTE is currently a
Consultant and lecturer in international HR. In addition to heading the HR EXPERT program at Alternis Business School, he is also responsible for the "HR Strategy and Policy" module.

In a complex economic context, with growth recovery still conditioned by inflation, HR managers will have their work cut out for them to put people back at the center of strategies and priorities, recommend new management practices, manage QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) and GEPP (Gestion des Emplois et des Parcours Professionnels - Jobs and Career Path Management), improve performance and social dialogue within their organization.

Degree obtained or in the process of being obtained at Bac+3 level (licence, licence Pro, bachelor...) in humanities, law, economics, management, or political science.

  • Review of the application's eligibility.
    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis to minimize waiting time.
  • If the application is deemed eligible, the candidate is invited to a motivational interview with a selection panel.
  • The Alternis panel's decision is sent to the candidate in writing. If accepted, the candidate can then proceed with administrative registration for their chosen program.

Alternating schooling

1ère année : 10 100 € - 2ème année : 12 000 €
when the training is fully financed by the company, an OPCO and/or another organization within the framework of a professionalization or apprenticeship contract.

Initial schooling

1ère année : 8 900 € - 2ème année : 10 900 €
when the training is financed by the student within the framework of an internship (full-time or alternating).
