1. Amount of Tuition Fees

Upon receiving your admission result, you have 1 week to confirm your enrollment by paying a deposit of 250 euros. Your place is then reserved in the desired program until 15 days before the start of the academic year. If the deposit is not paid, your place cannot be guaranteed.
The payment terms for tuition fees are defined according to the type of program enrollment: work-study or initial.

Work-Study Program

In a work-study program, the student has a professionalization contract, apprenticeship contract, or part-time permanent contract.
One or more organizations (OPCO, CPF, company) cover the total cost of the program the student is undertaking.

Total Cost of Training

MBA1 : 10.000 Euros

MBA2 : 12.000 Euros

Full-Time Program

In the full-time program, students are in an alternating internship or part-time permanent contract. They are responsible for the total cost of the training they are undertaking and pay according to their chosen payment method.

Total Cost of Training

MBA1 : 8.900 Euros

MBA2 : 10.900 Euros

These rates are valid only for the 2024-2025 academic year. They are subject to change for subsequent academic years.

2. How to Pay Your Annual Tuition Fees

The payment methods for the deposit are similar to those of the 1st option presented below.

2.1 - CHOSEN PAYMENT OPTION: 1st OPTION (for students choosing the initial program)

Payment Deadline: It is understood that this option is a one-time, upfront payment of the annual tuition fees. The annual tuition fees, minus the deposit paid upon enrollment, must be paid in a single final payment 15 days before the first day of classes for the student to be considered fully enrolled and eligible for the program as defined in this enrollment file.

Payment Method :

  • Bank Transfer: Remember to include the student's full name in the transfer description. Bank details: IBAN: FR76 3000 4025 8600 0105 4579 796 - BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX
  • Check Payment: If paying by bank or postal check, please make the check payable to ALTERNIS BUSINESS SCHOOL. Remember to write the enrolled student's full name and class on the back of the check.
  • Cash Payment: Payment can be made in person at the school. Cash payments must comply with current regulations and not exceed €1,000 for a tax resident in France and €15,000 for a tax resident abroad.

Failure to make the full payment within the specified deadline will result in the student being charged the additional tuition fees of the 2nd option (300 euros) without being granted the associated payment deadlines. After two unsuccessful reminders, a formal notice will be sent by ALTERNIS BUSINESS SCHOOL to the student.
If this formal notice remains unsuccessful within fifteen working days from the date of its first presentation, ALTERNIS BUSINESS SCHOOL reserves the right to suspend the student's access to the program and facilities until full payment of the amounts claimed (principal and incidental) is received. Finally, ALTERNIS BUSINESS SCHOOL reserves the right to use all legal remedies at its disposal to recover the full amount due, as well as damages provided for in Article 700 of the Civil Code.

2.2 - CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD: 2nd Option (for students choosing the full-time program)

Payment Deadline: It is understood that this option constitutes installment payments for the annual tuition fees. The annual tuition fees, minus the enrollment deposit, are to be paid according to the deadlines defined in Article 1 - Tuition Fees of this file.

Payment Method:

  • Bank Transfer: Remember to include the student's full name in the transfer description. Bank details: IBAN: FR76 3000 4025 8600 0105 4579 796 - BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX
  • Check Payment: If paying by bank or postal check, please make the check payable to ALTERNIS BUSINESS SCHOOL. Remember to write the enrolled student's full name and class on the back of the check.
3. Bank Loans

Students choosing to pursue their studies full-time may be eligible for student loans at preferential rates granted by banks to business school students. Loan acceptance is the responsibility of the bank. You may contact the banks and organizations of your choice.

4. Termination

The annual tuition fee is a flat rate based on the institution's overhead costs relative to the number of available places. A student's absence does not reduce these overheads; therefore, no refund, reduction, or deferral of tuition fees will be granted in cases of absence, voluntary withdrawal, or temporary or permanent exclusion from the institution. Consequently, the following provisions are mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Any request for termination and refund must be made in writing by registered letter (or tracked letter for international mail) with acknowledgment of receipt only.

4.1 - Contract Termination by the Student or Their Legal Representative

Termination Conditions Before the Start of Classes
- Termination notified at least one month before the start of classes: All sums received will be fully refunded
- Termination notified less than one month before the start of classes: The enrollment deposit (€500) will be retained by the institution.

Termination Conditions After the Start of Classes
- After definitive enrollment, if the student has begun attending classes, no refund of the remaining tuition fees can be made, except in cases of force majeure, or a legitimate and compelling reason as expressly described below.

Force Majeure
The following are considered cases of force majeure: serious illness certified by a doctor, death of a close relative (parent, sibling, child attested by an official document), or an accident causing serious injuries attested by an official document. In cases of force majeure as indicated above, a 50% refund may be considered, subject to the presentation of supporting documents and acceptance of the request by the institution.

Legitimate and Compelling Reason
A substantial, involuntary change in financial circumstances leading to a loss of income, for example, due to the consecutive job loss of both parents or legal guardians, is considered a legitimate and compelling reason.

Special Provision
In case of visa refusal (for foreign students) or failure of an exam required for admission to our institution, the enrollment will be terminated without charge, provided the institution is informed within 8 days of the visa refusal or the exam results announcement, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (or tracked letter for foreign countries), accompanied by an official supporting document.

Termination conditions for non-performance of the contract by the institution
Closure of the institution: if the institution is unable to provide its services for reasons of force majeure (closure of the institution for the current year, particularly in case of fire or natural disaster), in case of suspension of classes for several consecutive weeks without a recovery option proposed by the institution, and in case of cancellation of the program due to insufficient enrollment, the contract may be terminated by the student, who may claim a refund of the sums paid for the services not delivered and payment of compensation calculated on a pro-rata basis of the service interruption, based on the annual tuition fees.
Partial or total interruptions of classes that are made up are not subject to these provisions.

4.2 - Termination of the contract by the institution

- Non-performance of obligations by the student or their legal representative: in case of non-performance of their obligations by the student or their legal representative, this contract will be terminated automatically.

- Default of payment: in case of default of payment, and fifteen days after a formal notice has remained unsuccessful, the institution will have the right to terminate this contract automatically.

- Partial or definitive interruption of schooling: any absence of the student for more than six consecutive weeks without an official excuse may be considered by the institution as a definitive termination of enrollment.

- Non-compliance with the internal regulations: non-compliance with the institution's internal regulations, a copy of which is given to the student at the beginning of the school year, may lead to sanctions up to and including exclusion.

In these cases of termination, the balance of the tuition fees remains due to the school and becomes immediately payable.
