Program Presentation

Any company, financial or not, must precisely define the strategy and means to achieve its profitability objective. In this sense, it requires the contribution of management controllers and auditors to validate economic decisions and control their execution while ensuring compliance with current legislation. The multiplicity of a company's performance indicators, the complexity of structures, growing financing needs, and continuous changes in the legal framework generate high demand for young qualified professionals to address these issues.

Our program aims to be a response to this demand by dividing the training into 2 different but complementary and related aspects:

• Audit, which provides the regulatory dimension inherent to the profession. It includes understanding international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAPP) and private law to know the extent of current legislation in the life of an organization.
• Management Control, which provides the analytical accounting and financial part. It includes programming methods for data collection, analysis, activity management and reporting, Big Data mastery, and risk management.

Program Director

Adam Hasib is a lecturer at Financia Business School, a former MBA graduate, holding a Master 2 degree in Business Law from Toulouse 1 University and a Master 2 degree in Risk Management from the Catholic University of Lille.

He leads the Financia Business School MBA program on the Alternis Business School campus in Bordeaux, ranked 13th in the Eduniversal 2024 ranking of Best Masters, MS & MBAs in Audit & Management Control.

TARGET PROFILES & Prerequisites

Candidates with the following are eligible to apply:

Validated Bac+3 level in economics, management, law, AES (Economic and Social Administration), accounting, banking, real estate, management, political science...

Cost accounting, Excel (pivot tables, task automation), business and organization management, finance, corporate and accounting law, data management, English.

Program accessible through Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).

Selection is based on:

Recruitment Process

Online application file to be completed on the Alternis-bs.com website (or to be downloaded and sent to Alternis Business School in paper format).
Analysis of the eligibility of the application file. Files are reviewed continuously to limit the waiting time to a maximum of 48 hours.
If the application file is deemed admissible, the candidate is invited for a motivational interview before a selection panel.
The decision of the Alternis panel is notified to the candidate by phone and email within 48 hours. If accepted, the candidate can then proceed with administrative enrollment in the desired program.

COST OF TRAINING

Work-study tuition

Within the framework of a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract, training costs are covered by the host company.

Full-time tuition (alternating internship)

1^st year: €10,100 - 2^nd year: €10,100, totaling €20,200
The training is financed by the student within the framework of an internship
(full-time and/or alternating, part-time permanent contract).

TRAINING FINANCING

Training fully financed by the company, an OPCO and/or another organization within the framework of a professionalization or apprenticeship contract;
Training financed by the student within the framework of paid alternating internships or a part-time fixed-term contract.
