The growth and development of any company involves recourse to financing: its access, analysis, and management encompass a diverse set of professions and functions.

Furthermore, as each organization is unique and pursues its own objectives, financial advice and the use of resources are expressed in very diverse contexts.

In addition, the financialization and globalization of the global economy have given companies new means of development, growth, and financial returns, fostering the emergence of new players who master all these aspects.

A pioneering program in the history of Financia Business School, the MBA in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investment Banking offered by Alternis Business School in Bordeaux, provides a comprehensive training offer to teach its learners the richness of the world of finance and its uses in the daily life of companies.

Objectives

The graduate of this program prepares to advise companies and carry out multiple operations on their behalf: IPOs, mergers and acquisitions or divestitures, corporate restructuring, balance sheet structuring, private equity.

Furthermore, he/she obviously has thorough knowledge of law, accounting, and taxation, and knows the outlines of each financing strategy.

Adam HASIB

Program Director

Adam Hasib is a lecturer at Financia Business School, a former MBA graduate, holding a Master 2 degree in Business Law from Toulouse 1 University and a Master 2 degree in Risk Management from the Catholic University of Lille.

He leads the Financia Business School MBA program on the Alternis Business School campus in Bordeaux, ranked 9th in the Eduniversal 2022 ranking of Best Masters, MS & MBAs in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering

He is also ranked 2nd best Master in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

TARGET PROFILES & PREREQUISITES

Degree obtained or in progress at Bac+4, Bac+5 level (Master, Mastère, MS, MSc, MBA...) Economics, Management, Law, AES (Economic and Social Administration), Accounting, Banking, Real Estate, or Political Sciences...

Knowledge in accounting, financial analysis and knowledge of financial indicators, business management, legal status of companies, banking environment, tax law, financial levers (credit, market finance...), financing strategy and growth.

Recruitment Process

Online application file to be completed on the Alternis-bs.com website (or to be downloaded and sent to Alternis Business School in paper format).
Analysis of the eligibility of the application file. Files are reviewed continuously to limit the waiting time to a maximum of 48 hours.
If the application file is deemed admissible, the candidate is invited for a motivational interview before a selection panel.
The decision of the Alternis panel is notified to the candidate by phone and email within 48 hours. If accepted, the candidate can then proceed with administrative enrollment in the desired program.

COST OF TRAINING

MBA 1

11 000 € when the training is fully financed
by the company, an OPCO and/or another organization
within the framework of a professionalization or
apprenticeship contract.
8 900 € when the training is financed by the student
within the framework of an internship (full-time or alternating).

MBA 2

12 000 € when the training is fully financed
by the company, an OPCO and/or another organization
within the framework of a professionalization or

10 900 € when the training is financed by the student

TRAINING FINANCING

Professional Thesis

Final Case Study
- 6-hour written case study on the program covered during the year

A jury meets at the end of the year to give a favorable or unfavorable opinion on the validation of the title.
