Moët Hennesy recrute pour son service comptabilité.

Vos missions :

Réceptionner la facture, la numériser dans le logiciel SCAN et contrôler la capture des données dans KOFAX (tiers, facture/avoir, date de facture, date échéance, OA ou sans OA….)

Contrôler les mentions obligatoires, la TVA récupérable, l'imputation en comptabilité générale et en comptabilité analytique, le code inter-société, les échéances de règlement

Lancer et suivre les work-flows SCAN pour obtenir les validations nécessaires

Valider dans SAP les factures après rapprochement avec l'OA réceptionné pour mise en paiement.

Répondre aux appels des fournisseurs et suivre leurs relances

Scanner les factures des fournisseurs des autres comptables selon l'activité du jour
